Each piece is hand cut; it's smooth and soft and made with premium ingredients.

Our fudge stays in delicious eating condition for up to 4 months - please store in an airtight container away from the heat (but not in the fridge).

SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE FUN FACTS

  • The Sydney Harbour Bridge was opened on 19 March 1932 and took nearly 9 years to construct. 
  • It is one of Australia’s most recognised photographed and moved landmarks. 
  • There are 7 vehicle lanes, a bus lane, 2 train lines and a footpath and cycleway. 
  • More than 100 people work on maintaining the Bridge each day. 
  • The Bridge contains 52,800 tonnes of steel and 95,000 cubic metres of concrete.
  • It is 134m at its highest point and the arch is 503 metres long.
