Where can I buy fudge online with Australia-wide delivery?
You can buy our entire range of handmade fudge directly through The Village Providore online store. We handcraft our fudge on the NSW Central Coast and ship reliably to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollonggong, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and regional Australia. Explore our gift boxes, mixed packs, and individual gift boxes — or find us in person at The Rocks Markets, Sydney every Saturday and Sunday.
What fudge flavours do you have?
We have over 30 flavours including classics like Sea Salted Caramel, Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Ice, Fresh Passionfuit, Baileys Irish Cream, Coconut Ice and Coffee, as well as Milo & Malteser, Tim Tam Cookies & Cream, Raspberry & Wild Rosella Pavlova, Lemon Myrtle Meringue, Caramel Honeycomb, Pistachio & Rose Petal, Dulce De Leche Biscoff Cheesecake, Australian Desert Lime Cheesecake, Fairy Bread Birthday Cake, Hogwarts Magic Butterbeer and more. New flavours are added regularly!
What's the difference between your gift boxes and mixed packs?
Our gift boxes are beautifully presented in whiteboard boxes with satin ribbons — perfect for gifting. We have curated collections like The Rocks Collection, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Chocolate Lovers, Caramel Lovers, and more. Our mixed packs come in resealable plastic tubs and then we have our make your own selection — choose a 6-piece or 12-piece pack with any flavours you like. We also have individual gift boxes — a single flavour presented in its own little gift box, perfect for a personal treat or add-on gift.
Can I order gourmet nougat online from your shop?
Absolutely. We handcraft traditional French-style soft nougat logs available year-round. Our 21 nougat flavours come individually wrapped in their own clear box. You can also choose to make your own 6 piece or 12 piece box choosing your own combinations. Our nougat gift boxes include stunning collections like The Australian Bush Collection, The Global Indulgence Collection, and The Deluxe Collection — and we have mixed packs in resealable plastic tubs. All available to order online with Australia-wide shipping.
Do you provide corporate sweet hampers and fudge gift boxes?
Yes! We specialise in premium confectionery gifting for corporate clients, events, and personal celebrations across Australia. Our curated fudge and nougat gift boxes make elegant thank-you gifts, client appreciation hampers, and event favours. Contact us to discuss custom orders.
Do you ship fudge or nougat overseas?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally. Due to Australian government biosecurity regulations, we can only deliver within Australia. We offer fast, reliable shipping to all states and territories across the country.
Are your products gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free?
Our handmade fudge and nougat are crafted in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, and nuts and other allergens. Many of our flavours contain these as key ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, our products are not suitable for you.
How long does fudge and nougat stay fresh?
Our handmade fudge stays fresh for 4–6 months and our nougat for 6–8 months. Store in an airtight container at room temperature — not in the fridge. This makes them ideal for gifting, as recipients have plenty of time to enjoy them!
Can fudge and nougat be affected by heat during delivery?
Both our fudge and nougat can be affected by heat and direct sunlight, so please keep this in mind when ordering during warmer months. While they won't melt, high temperatures can affect their texture and appearance. We package all orders carefully via Australia Post, but once your parcel leaves us, it is in the hands of the courier. We recommend ordering for delivery to an address where someone will be home to receive it, or contacting Australia Post to arrange a signature on delivery. Orders are sent at the buyer's own risk during periods of extreme heat.
Where can I buy your fudge and nougat in person?
You can find us every Saturday and Sunday at The Rocks Markets in Sydney, from 10am to 5pm. Look for our two stalls - Fabulous Fudge and Handmade Nougat. Come say hello and taste before you buy — it's the best way to discover your new favourite flavour!
