Our colourful handmade fudge and soft artisan nougat sit right at home amongst the treasures at Dirty Janes.
You’ll find classic favourites alongside some very Australian flavours, from Lemon Myrtle and Desert Lime to Wild Rosella and other native ingredients we love working with.
Our fudge and nougat make easy gifts to take home from the Highlands — although quite a lot seems to get eaten before it makes it home.

The Bottles That Started It All
Long before the fudge and nougat, there were the bottles.
Traditional jams, marmalades, pickles, chutneys, relishes and sauces are where our food story began, including recipes handed down from Michele’s Nan, Isabella Jane, who cooked professionally in the 1920s and ’30s.
We still make those old family favourites, including her Green Tomato Pickles and Passionfruit & Apricot Jam, alongside our own newer creations — dressings, balsamics, savoury and sweet sauces, and flavours featuring Australian native ingredients such as pepperberry, desert lime and lemon myrtle.
This part of The Village Providore has found its home at Dirty Janes Bowral, where our bottled range is exclusively available.
