You can shop our full range of handmade fudge directly through The Village Providore online store. We handcraft our fudge on the NSW Central Coast and deliver across Australia, including Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and regional areas. Explore our gift boxes, mixed packs and individual gift boxes, or visit us in person at The Rocks Markets in Sydney or Dirty Janes Bowral.

What fudge flavours do you have?
We have more than 30 fudge flavours, from classics such as Sea Salted Caramel, Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Ice, Fresh Passionfruit, Baileys Irish Cream and Coffee to favourites including Milo & Malteser, Tim Tam Cookies & Cream, Raspberry & Wild Rosella Pavlova, Lemon Myrtle Meringue, Caramel Honeycomb, Pistachio & Rose Petal, Dulce de Leche Biscoff Cheesecake, Australian Desert Lime Cheesecake and Fairy Bread Birthday Cake. New flavours are added regularly.
What's the difference between your gift boxes and mixed packs?
Our gift boxes are beautifully presented in white gift boxes with satin ribbons, making them ideal for gifting. Our mixed packs come in resealable tubs, and our Make Your Own options let you choose your own combination of flavours. We also offer individual gift boxes featuring a single flavour.
Can I order artisan nougat online?
Absolutely. We handcraft soft artisan nougat in 21 flavours. Choose individual nougat, mixed packs, Make Your Own selections or beautifully presented nougat gift boxes. Our online range is available for Australia-wide delivery.

Do you provide corporate fudge and nougat gifts?
Yes. We create premium fudge and nougat gifts for corporate clients, events, staff, client thank-yous and celebrations across Australia. Orders under $500 can be placed online. For corporate or bulk orders of $500 or more, use the Corporate Gifting page and send us a corporate enquiry so we can quote the products, quantities, freight and delivery requirements for your order.
Do you ship fudge or nougat overseas?
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available through our online store. If you are travelling with our products or planning to send them overseas yourself, please check the current customs and biosecurity rules for the destination country.

Are your products gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free?
Our handmade fudge and nougat are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens, and many flavours contain these ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, our products may not be suitable for you. Please check the individual product information before ordering.
How long do fudge and nougat stay fresh?
Our artisan nougat stays in delicious eating condition for up to six months when stored correctly. Our handmade fudge is best enjoyed within around 10–12 weeks. Neither needs refrigeration; keep them at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Can fudge and nougat be affected by heat during delivery?
Yes. High temperatures and direct sunlight can soften fudge and nougat and affect their texture or appearance. We package orders carefully, but during very hot weather we recommend choosing a delivery address where the parcel can be received promptly rather than left outside or in direct sun.
Where can I buy your fudge and nougat in person?
Visit us every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm at The Rocks Markets in Sydney. Come and taste before you buy and discover your favourites.
