A pantry or cupboard is ideal. Avoid sunny windows, warm kitchens and hot cars, especially during Australian summer weather.

Keep it sealed

Leave fudge in its packaging until you are ready to enjoy it. Once opened, wrap it well or keep it in an airtight container to help protect its texture and freshness.

Do you need to refrigerate fudge?

No. Our fudge does not require refrigeration. Stored properly at room temperature, it has a shelf life of around 10–12 weeks.
