Keep it cool and dry

A pantry or cupboard is ideal. Avoid sunny windows, warm kitchens and hot cars, particularly in Australian summer weather.

Keep it sealed

Leave nougat in its packaging until you are ready to eat it. Once opened, wrap it well or keep it in an airtight container to help protect its texture.

Do you need to refrigerate nougat?

No. Our nougat does not require refrigeration. Stored correctly, it keeps for up to six months.
