Our nougat journey began with the traditional French style, but over the years we’ve created 21 flavours that draw on Australian bush foods, international favourites, and a touch of pure indulgence. Every log is handcrafted in small batches, with carefully chosen ingredients that bring colour, vibrancy, and a story to every bite.

Take Lychee, Rose & Macadamias — a flavour that feels like a walk through a summer garden. The floral notes of rose mingle with the sweetness of lychee, while roasted macadamias add crunch and richness. It’s delicate yet bold, and one of our most talked-about creations.

On the Australian side, there’s Native Lemon Myrtle Pavlova with Macadamias, a playful nod to one of our nation’s favourite desserts. Lemon myrtle brings a fragrant citrus note that pairs beautifully with creamy nougat, while macadamias add that unmistakable Aussie touch.
