Australian Desert Lime Cheesecake Fudge combines native Australian desert lime with rich cheesecake fudge.
The desert lime ingredient we use is orchard grown. It has a concentrated citrus character that balances beautifully with the creamy cheesecake flavour.
Handcrafted in small batches on the NSW Central Coast and presented in an individual gift box.
Each piece is hand cut — approximately 90g. Keeps for up to 10–12 weeks in an airtight container away from heat. Do not refrigerate.
