Our nougat is handcrafted in small batches on the NSW Central Coast, and each piece is hand cut.
Shelf life: Best enjoyed within up to six months when stored correctly.
Storage: Store in an airtight container away from heat. Do not refrigerate.

- The Sydney Harbour Bridge was opened on 19 March 1932 and took nearly 9 years to construct.
- It is one of Australia’s most recognised and photographed landmarks.
- There are 7 vehicle lanes, a bus lane, 2 train lines, a footpath and a cycleway.
- More than 100 people work on maintaining the Bridge each day.
- The Bridge contains 52,800 tonnes of steel and 95,000 cubic metres of concrete.
- It is 134m at its highest point and the arch is 503 metres long.
